Was reading this cause I was bored and I noticed something:


Why? I don't get why this is needed. Please explain.

Otherwise I still like the idea.

As I explained, elders, co-leaders, and leaders are the ones that can accept the requests of wars. I added this because if there were less than 10 elders in a clan, it might take FOREVER to start a war, depending on the activity of the elders or leaders

Here are my suggestions:

1. A clan should not need 40 members to start a war. Smaller clans would not be stupid enough to pick on larger clans. And smaller clans could always deny when a larger clan declares war on them.
2. You should be able pick and choose anyone to attack. Yes, anyone. True, the higher-level players would easily wipe out the lower-level ones. Yet the opposing clan has that same advantage.

Yes, I might agree with your first one that smaller clans can just deny wars from larger clans, but interresting suggestion there, I can reconsider this to see if I could change anything in the OP
As for your second one, its a good suggestion but the reason I dont want higher lvl people to destroy lower lvls is because one clan can have a higher advantage of this and the other clan can have a lower advantage depending on all the village lvls from the other clan. Again, this would apply to your first one that no small clan will be dumb enough to declare war on a higher lvl clan. I will have to see if I could reconsider some of the things you said and add them to the OP

All the high level clans would destroy the lower level clans. They won't add anything to do with gems because supercell would lose profit.

You can always just hit reject when higher lvl clans request a war, no low lvl clans would be dumb enough to accept wars from those higher lvl clans

Yes, only when you attack players that are offline, when you attack an online player, to make it fair the attacker wont get any resources.
As for the battle, you will always have the option to revenge and get a better result, read the battle part of the thread please

If it is then decided by loot, then the lower town hall would automatically lose.

GREAT idea! The only thing I think is a little unfair is that anyone can ask to go to war with you, it should be more balanced...
