    Question [Help] Contact Support

    So i have a problem and i need to contact the support team. But The problem Is that my Problem Doesn't Belong To Any Provided Problem Category. So Can I Directly Contact The Support Team ?

    Now They Ask To Check For A Category .But My Problem Doesn't Meet Any Category Requierment.

    That is odd. It does not ask me to enter a category, but I have contacted support before and it just gives me the choice to start a new conversation. In your case, select another similar category using your best judgment.

    You can try contacting out of game support here... be sure to mention your troubles contacting in game support first.

    I Did and it says me to contact from the in game support so they can gather more information.

    With My Judgment None Of Them Matches My Problem.

    What is the issue you need help with?

    Id also mention that contacting support in game or through the email address mentioned in this thread are the only two ways to get help. There is no official player support here on the forums.
