Good idea! Still pondering about where to site them though. I'm never usually this indecisive, it's driving me nuts. The poor animals must've got a bit travel sick they've been shifted about so much.

I'm still impressed that we can move a fully planted-up square of land, and entire pens of animals without them even wobbling. That's one impressive piece of machinery - it must be like this MASSIVE forklift...

They didn't seem too worried by being humped around the place... The pigs even waved at me, the chickens got in a bit of a flap though, and the cows looked decidedly narky on occasion. Maybe that forklift was a bit rough!

Hi KittyCat, I use a lot of my plots as ornamental. I love flowers, so I use them in borders etc. Potato has the lovely white flowers, tomatoes add a lovely red and of course indigo. You can make combinations with them and other flowers you can buy.

My actual crop section is quite small. But It is enough for me to produce what i need. I may go into the flower borders if i run low. I have 34 plots for crops and 46 for flower beds.

Well the chickens would want to do their own flying wouldn't they? You can see why it'd upset them. And cows always look narky.

Really pretty farm, no way could I have done that. Maybe they will add in hiring decorators for our farms, I would hire you in a split second.

Your farm is very lovely, well thought out! That is a good idea, makes your actual growing plot more maintainable!

Lol I know! I think my goats had the most fun, they kept rolling around....or maybe they were so nauseous they couldn't stand up straight?

And i would love to do it. I have so many ideas and no room to implement them. Just pick a small area and play around. I am always moving things around as a new idea comes. Sometimes they work sometimes they dont. Nice of you to say, thanks.
