My RSS is really boring, it's more like a dumpster lol. Most of the time, there is 1-3 stacks of B&E to the very left for Tom and Greg. I never advertise these except before going to sleep IF there is a lot of other stuff in my shop at the time. After the B&E, here's usually a few stacks of eggs (last couple of days there's been lots of them). I honestly put them up for myself. I always have spares because I'm so active but on my helper farm that I spend less time on, I'm always short of eggs. So it works well for me to always leave eggs on my main farm's RSS for my helper. I also have regular egg buying nbrs that buys them as they know I always have some for sale. So it just works out really well for me although I understand it might be really boring for many of my nbrs lol. It's after the eggs that everything else goes. If there's only raw animal produce, those usually go up right after the eggs. Then comes the finished products and lastly are crops. The lower demand, the further up they go and I always sell in stacks of 10 because I like a "neat and organized" shop. If I were put 5x2, instead of a stack, there'll end up being gaps in my shop and which really bothers me. I also want to keep as many slots available as possibly in case I need to dump a big quantity of crops. So that's me

Ps. I'm sorry for the lack of goodies in my shop, I fill so many crates daily that I never have spares for the shop. However, I do sell sushi, salads and sandwiches many times a day as I'm churning out those while working for my last masteries.

Lately I've been hoarding SEM and BEM's and trying to trade LEM's. I'm not having any luck. Maybe because I'm new to the forum, I don't know. I try to hold onto a lot of dairy items as well and then I go on a production spree with said items and repeat the process over again.

I usually tend to hang on to fruits. I like to sell a lot of sugar and dairy products, I ALWAYS have excess!

I keep a minimum quantity of 20 each item for use in boats (mine and others). Its 100 each for sugars and soy sauce, 75 for maple syrup, cream, cheese, and 30 butter and goat cheese. Popcorn and bread ideally at 60 each, but I don't usually have room so I save those on the machines. I sell any overage. I will deplete the stock to zero, if necessary, but then focus on building back up before accepting boat orders for those items.

Jams are the most difficult to manage.

Hardware levels vary, but I keep a minimum quantity (80 to 100) of saws, axes, and mining materials on hand at all times. When it dips beneath that level, I quit mining till I have replenished the stock, and I avoid the final harvest.
I rarely do truck orders, so don't worry about amending stock for those.

i sell premium items at full price, general items at a discount, and vary numbers to make things accessible to all. Love having new farms as neighbors and throw low level items in the store in single quantities at near default price for them.

The DD is a favorite activity. I buy low and mark up slightly to resell at a bargain.

My my barn is always crammed full and I have lost out on some phenomenal deals because of it. Barn space management is not my strong suit on hay day.....

I sell a variety of items. Usually sell premium things like salads, jams, etc, at near or max price. Always seem to have extra staples such as bread, bacon, wool, and milk. Sell that stuff around 1/2 of max price or less if I need barn space. When out & about I pick up expansion items to resell to friends. I resell these at purchase price - sometimes cheap, sometimes max price.

Every now & then I have a major "sale", usually unadvertised, but on a rare occasion posted in the DD. It's fun to put great items out there at low prices. I remember how thrilled I would be to find a land deed for 75 coins or less, and enjoy returning the favor as much as possible. Actually, it still makes my day when I find stuff I need on the cheap. Even penny wheat! LOL!

Not nearly big enough. Right now it's 3150. I figure 4000 or so for current inventory (no new stuff) and there will be room to breathe!

    Your store sounds wonderful!

I try to sell a little bit if everything...I sell a lot of wheat and corn...can't keep enough in my store... I usually sell 1-2 of each product for the same reason as most of the others here. When I first started playing I didn't have much storage space or coins and was constantly finding items I needed in groups of 10....no way to buy them or store them...so I decided when I could I would sell my products in smaller groups. What I hoard tends to change....popcorn, bread, carrot juice...now soy sauce, olive oil, jams...as time goes on it will probably change again.....lol....

For me, it is simple: I sell the stuff that I least want in my barn (or silo), at that moment.

So if I have been wheating, I will be selling a lot of cheap wheat. If my barn is not full, I will be selling mostly crops. As my barn fills up, I first sell off the "ballast" (eggs, milk, popcorn, pancakes, bacon, muffins, berry cakes, woolens, hamburgers) and then the quasi-premium items (sushi, sandwiches, salads, soups, gold bars). I offer up all of the LEM, extra BEM, and extra SEM when I do not have an advertizement posted so that my friends can pick them up. Real premium items you are not going to find at my shop, ever, because I simply do not have them in inventory--the sugar and dairy immediately go into further production, and the finished items go into the first boat I find.

I have a neighbor who has 88 slots in her store. At least 95% of the time, it is filled with only bacon, eggs, bacon and eggs, and wheat, all offered at exactly the same small discount from maximum price. I am not sure where she gets it all from (I suspect she may hunt for cheaper items in the newspaper and then re-sell), but I always know where I can go if I need one of these items!
