The problem isn't multi-target infernos, the problem is the OP's inability or unwillingness to adjust. All updates change the game. I am upgrading my freeze spell now, which works great on multi-target infernos (yes yes...I know...not available to th9s...). Golems are also back in vogue; try them vs multi-target infernos and see what you have to complain about!

Moral of the story: instead of expecting the same strategy to work the same after an update (e.g., balloons and minions), be prepared to adjust. Use different armies or spells, deploy differently, target other types of layouts.

Thank you supercell for keeping the game fresh.

Let us know how well it works when you get a couple of hundred cups higher.

Complain to the point that Supercell nerfs the IT, just like what they did to hogs.

Like I said to the other poster who said this please share an army comp that works well against 2 well protected multimode inferno towers with decent level defenses without using freeze spells. It’s easy to say Golems are not affected or dragons are not affected but please tell us how to use them effectively in an army comp that will actually be able to beat bases with well-placed inferno towers and other decently upgraded defenses.

I really can’t see why even TH10’s defend them sure you get defensive wins but surely it must be stuffing up your attacks too (unless you all use freeze spell).

I personally don’t actually mind them too much since my high level heroes can usually carry me to a 2 star but it’s not fun only attacking every 3 hours and for people without maxed heroes not sure what they are meant to do

Seems lots of people are happy to say adapt, stop complaining and change your strategy but no one has been able to come up with an effective army comp to beat decent bases with disco balls without freeze spells.

I would love to use Golems, Witches and Wizards all day but I am not waiting 2-3 Hours per Attack or sitting around Gemming Armies, I don't use Gems and 2-3 Hours to cook an Attack that will most likely get me a 1 star is not worth it, I have found that if I find a base with a lot of outside buildings and try go for all the buildings on the outside of the base and inside the first wall layer I can usually get a 1 star even if the Infernos are on Multi Target

I sat comfortably in master with 2 L1 OP infernos. Wasn't on a push, I just happened to win 28 straight defenses after they finished. Probably a coincidence...✌️
