I have not pushed for a while, but I at times farm in Crystal and see replays from many high level team mates in high leagues.

To me, the problem is many are still fixated on pushing with Loonions & Hogs. Because they are effective and fast to cook.

But Disco Inferno mode allows Heroes, Golems & Dragons to have a far greater chance to breach a TH10 base. Pushers/higher league farmers need to either be more flexible with their pushing combinations, or be more selective.

If disco infernos are OP against balloonion, why not switch to dragons? Many high lvl players use them and discos barely affect them.

It's fair point and I'm sure some do. The trouble is ITs are normally set in the middle of the base and seeing as Dragons attack anything it can take them a while to get there, plus they'd have to go through most other defences.

Oh, and max Drags cost 42k so 10 are 420k Elixir, if you use spells then you're in for over 1/2 million every battle. Gulp!

Just finished my first multi-target inferno. Next one finishing in 2 days. I'll then put my TH in the center and be pushed nicely into champion league

To be serious, When an army doesn't work anymore, you should switch army. This is why we upgrade every troop and not just the one we use all the time.

Hog was too easy because it was cheap, fast and effective. Some even use them to farm when they have too much DE.

With all those infernos set to multi-target, level 5 golems should be alot harder to kill.

It wouldn't be fun if all you had to do to trophy push is build 32 hogs and spam them anywhere on the map. Wouldn't it?

    Happy new year everyone

There are stupidly OP. Don't get me wrong TH10's with well leveled defenses should be a challenge for a TH9 but when one defensive building matters more than all the others combined something is wrong.

I have just started a trophy push and just now I passed on a very poorly designed base with an outside CC, gravestones, very low level defenses (TH6 level with L1 xbows) and L6 walls. Why because he had two L1 disco balls that would have completely destroyed my attack.
A few next pushes later I found a fully maxed TH9 apart from some L8 walls and easily 3 stared him.

There is something wrong with a defense when it is more powerful than all other defenses combined. A fully maxed TH10 should be more powerful than a fully maxed TH9 but a incredibly prem TH10 should not be stronger than a maxed TH9. They need to be changed before it’s too late we are already seeing so many prem TH10 since the change and at this rate everyone will just be rushing to TH10.

BTW I use GOWIPE so it’s not just hogs and miniballs affected. Since they can attack in 5 different directions and have huge range they kill off the wizards in seconds leaving no dps to get to them and get them down while they burn down the bigger units that can’t be healed.

I have actually seen a good solution to this whole issue in another game which I may post latter

What army is a good counter to disco balls without freze spells? Please let me know since I just don't see it. You mention golems but golems are only good for soaking up damage and have no dps so unless you plan on using 150 troop space and 2.25 hours training 5 golems they are going to be targeting other units too.

Yeah ths solves the hog probelm for th.10 but what about other people with other statergys get slaughtered. Giants and healer, balloon, minion there needs to be a smaller decrease or the no heal thing for multiple target is only applied on hogs and not the rest of troops cause what have they done wrong its just hogs that are the probelm
Plus it doesnt solve the probelm for a Th.9 or a Th.8
