Lots of sign ups and now lots of people backing out. I'm still down to push, my question is how will the clans be selected. Will it be by level? By top cup count history?

Makes sense, but the flaw in this is that some people with lower cup records may not have pushed recently. There is no real way to test current cup potential other than level (which is fairly inaccurate). So I guess this is the best way of going about the set up.

I don't think base design should matter, there's lots of people with crappy base designs that have high trophy counts.

My suggestion:

We split participants into four clans of equal strength (based on trophy record), push for it, and at the last day open a clan to fit the top 50.

Ok Ryan, then please update my record. I am pushing with a friends clan names Get'n The Van. My current trophy count is 3000 exactly If you select people by trophies, I want to be in the correct clan. I think I could potentially make champion.

Why don't we just do what we did last time? Highest trophies in main clan and swap with feeders every 24 to 48 hours depending on individuals progress?

I think it would be better to have 1 strong clan throughout so we're atleast making progress up the leaderboard, rather than just appearing on it on the last day?
