Why Hog riders are overpowered

I think hogs are fine. I've been hogged like twice at TH 9. If someone is a TH 10, with maxed hogs and has good strategy with them, and you are TH 9, probably not even maxed, then they deserve your loot. Plain and simple.

Basically this game would get really boring if they keep nerfing offence then loot would simply not move around.

and honestly I've had more problems with maxed giants than hogs while farming at TH 8 and 9 so far.

The game is vastly unfair and unbalanced. Op hog riders... inferno towers.. I do expect things to change in future, things to improve though.

Plenty of TH9s can take out hog armies due to design and trap placement hogs have been nerfed twice if you still think they are too OP go play hayday as you clearly can't play this game well. Bloomin OP my a**

I believe any more hog buffing would make em even worse than before they became OP.
And besides, there are plenty of ways you could defend against them; anti-hog base, better trap placement etc.

People won't be happy with hogs til they are as useless as valks. I am a th9 without a hog base and Ive lost to them, won against them and a few just one star with no loot lost. I'd like to see the bases of the ones losing to them. Willing to bet they are terribly designed, low on upgrades and spacing on every defense is wacky. Hogs will be pointless with even one more nerf. Great so out of all the dark troops 1 is useful and available to most everyone (minions) 1 is useful but expensive and available only to th9s (witches), and one that takes forever to build, is expensive, only works in one army build (mostly) takes forever to upgrade and is expensive to upgrade. Valks are horrible and soon with all this whining hogs will be too.
You cant seriously be being attacked by them that often. Someone attacked you once, you lost and are angry and here to rant. Careful, sc may give th9s and 10s some other crazy over powered broken thing to "balance" out hogs. Then us 9s and 10s will only have th7-8s to pick on.

Hogs are not OP and do not need another nerf on them because they are fine.

When I was a TH9, I defended pretty well against them, surprised even more to see TH10s fail on hogging me as well. What you need is a well centered CC with wizards in them, even 1-2 wizards will clutch for you. Also, well placed springs and giant bombs will help even more if you can determine where hogs will go in your base. Another thing you can do OP is use an anti-hog design. I have never used an anti hog as TH9 because base I was using was fighting off hogs well enough on defense without the design.

They probably do get attacked a lot by them

Trouble is people who like to complain never look at themselves first. Ask yourself the simple question why am I being attacked by hogs so much? What is it about your base that makes people who have hogs in their camps decide yours is the right base to attack? Then ask yourself why am I losing to them when so many aren't?

Th9 defenses are not enough for hogs? Then change the layout. I saw some th9 layouts which are extremely good against hogs.
