Nobody can give you a tree, i believe its like a random generator same as the bushes and trees appear in your base.

I took your email address out of your post - as others have said SC can't just give you a tree, it's a random spawning in the game. I do hope you get one though.
I am going to close this thread though, as we have many other tree threads open atm.
