4 hero’s! Need alternate way to upgrade without using all of the builders

Need alternate way to upgrade without using all of the builders.
We are already waiting up to 12 days for upgrade to take place on our buildings, to open up another builder if we’re also trying to upgrade heroes at the same time, we have a bunch of loot that we can’t even spend, and we cannot upgrade
I don’t know if we need more builders, or maybe a hero lab, as we upgrade the lab you can upgrade more heroes at a time.

I don't think they will introduce a new builder so soon after the 6th builder recently came.
You can still buy Book of heroes from the trader once it is available. Also there are hammers from the league shop which you can buy each week.Both these are available from Clan games also occasionally.

Upgrading more heroes at a time in any way might not be allowed at all since these ideas are ruled out-

1."Add a second laboratory or a second slot in current lab to do two researches at once"

Regarding heroes in particular,
