    what about “goblin caves“?

    Why don't you make (something like) goblin caves?

    You could place them like any other building (cannons, archer towers,...) and depending on its level you could train goblins who would steal the loot the other player has already stolen. They shouldn't deal damage and they shouldn't steel really much loot but the player would at least not loose all his elixir, gold and dark elixir . The loot should be save in the caves.

    Nah. I don't like this idea. It would make raiding a lot harder. Its sounds almost like another clan castle, except its only goblins...

    I don't think, that it would make raiding a lot harder because they wouldn't steel too much resources (100 gold or elixir and 10 dark elixir perhaps) and you can nevertheless kill them.

    I don't really like the idea, I mean to understand right now goblins are already fantastic for offensive farming. Also 100 gold or elixir is nothing....not even enough to cover a single search cost...

    Don't like it, I can imagine coming out of the battle with a yummy 300/300 and then end up getting 150/150 stolen back from goblins, don't like it, regardless of the amount they take back.
