Clash of Clans concept.

This game has always been part of my daily routine. It's been at least 10 months or so that I've been playing this game everyday. I have always been thankful to the developers of Supercell for making such wonderful game.

Now, I wanted to tell something. This game's concept, or purpose should be:raid, upgrade, talk and have fun. But I feel like this is not the concept anymore. This game is now how many times you tap next till you find a decent loot. Now, I'm not whining about the loot, but about how the fun is decreasing. Loot is something people play for, no? I don't think socializing is the main part of the game. We can socialize with real life friends anytime we want.
But still is a good part of the game. The more you keep tapping next, the less you want to play.
This is how and the peeps in my actual clan feel like.

I realized how many things I can do instead of tapping next. Something that might productive, or procrastinating in a better way. I'm not saying I'm quitting or whatsoever, but just this game's concept is changed? Is a skipping game now. Spend 10 minutes or more tapping that damned button praying Jesus. Don't tell me about trophy ranges, because I've tried from 1400 to 2000 in every language avaible(Superstitions?) This game is no fun anymore.

The purpose of this thread? To share my opinion. I feel no shame or whatsoever telling my opinion. Peace

Loots acually been pretty good in gold 2, I've been here for a few days now and have never spent more than a couple of minutes nexting, normally I find something with over 200k of each within 10 searches. But also thinkng that it will really be bad again after the next update

I'm not really talking about loot. But if you want to talk about loot, it is always good. Just the game gives you oltrageous limits to find a good one.Yes, loot does affect fun, and so does chatting. As I stated tapping next doesn't make people want to play a lot(apart the seriousle addicted) so less chat as well. I'm not saying the loot is bad or something. But really, tapping next furiously is very frustrating and no fun.

Oh, I find the game interesting too! It is interesting, it's a unique game. (Apart those copycats out on the Appstore) but it's no fun anymore. At least for me. And I'm sure there's people who feel the same way.

No. CoC is a rip off Blizzards WoW (World of Warcraft). Supercell owns no rights to call any of the other games on Appstore a copycat, and they rightly have NOT called them such. Don't you go do that now.

I agree with your original post. You want fewer nexts... you need to get high in trophies where the loot has gone, need to be in TH10. Supercell has made the game unplayable to a lot of people, I lost half my clan, some pretty good players and youtubers as well. Fortunately, one of the games you so obnoxiously called a copy cat is actually better to play than CoC. So I have a lot of fun there ... then get back to CoC when my shield runs out.

I seem to be spending gems there cos its really a lot of fun. In CoC, spending gems happens out of frustration ... which I have completely put a stop to.

Loots amazing for TH10s somewhere in masters ... I'm so scared to say it or it'll get looted. I made enough to get 3 of my wiz towers maxxed. Before I discovered it though ... was a bit of desperation.

What WoW were you playing? There is very little similarity between CoC and WoW and honestly I struggle to figure out if this comparison was sarcastic or not because the rest of the post seemed serious. Honestly you could find more similarities between a toaster and a ball of yarn than CoC and WoW.

I think much of this "nexting" complaints could be solved if people knew how to farm properly, mainly what ranges they should be in for their town hall level. I never "next" for more than 5minutes and most of the time its only for 1-2 and I manage 100-300k gold everytime.

Strategy games like coc have been around a lot longer than just WoW,and yes you are right that supercell doesnt own the rights to the genre of our game,However they do own the rights to all the characters and probably a lot of the in game mechanics that some other games have copied (Castle cxxsh hopeless as it is) but what Coc does it does really well and way better than any other competitor on the market (that stupid game with the ninjas)Clash of clans is number one in many many countries for a reason
