    it is the bad part of the ai that been causing players in my clan to leave the game ...we once were a combined 4 clans group...we're down to 1 and barely holding together...so if it the bad part of an ai that is to draw players to this game ..than im thinking that logic is failing..

    And my expections of the game is what coc says the troops ai and spells are suppose to do..just wonder how long a game will last if players contnue to get a random action by the troops...
    guessing it may be part of the reason the numbers of available players and clans are shinking...

    im not trying to focus on the bad...but when 50% or more attacks have unexpected ai glitches.. than it starts to get hard to ignore the bad glitches in the game...

    It isn't random and they do what they are coded to do. If you drop the same troops and spells in the same place at the same time you will get the exact same result every single time.

    That doesn't mean there aren't improvements that could be made to the AI to make it better, though. The change to the warden wall retarget is one I've wanted for a long time and I'm happy to see it is coming.

    sorry to say..no you do not get the same results. if dropping exact same troops or spell in the exact same place....such as watching a wiz hop back and forth over the same wall the entire battle....aq hoping over a wall where there is no jump spell ...troops by passing structures next to them to attack a further distance target.. troops disapearing or losing hp with nothing attacking them...and so on and so forth.. ..and no ..you do not get the same results when playing in different parts of the world.. depending on the counties servers..not real sure if it's a lag issue...or wi fi or server...or coc gaming issues with host country...

    Have you heard of the term confirmation bias? If you look for anything that could be bad ai, you will always find it. Sure you can find "bad ai" examples. You can find far more that show it working.

    Did you know SC doesn’t even store videos for replays? They only store the clicks where you drop troops, spells, etc. The replay just runs the AI to the exact same result every single time. That is why when anything is changed (troops, spells, AI, etc.) the replays are all gone.

    yeah and even when there is no reason to do it ...like when the troop dies and he keeps shooting the wall.

    It isn't possible for YouTube to be filled with examples, unless they are placing the troops using bots, on exactly the same defensive base.

    If the base is even slightly different, or the troop drop is a second different or a tile different, then the results may well be different.

    Having said which, there is a very tiny amount of randomisation, with the seed for the random number sequence being stored with the other details for replays.
