Troop Ungrades Didn’t Go Through

I was updating my balloons to a Level 2. The time was over & I decided to upgrade my lab.
Now my balloons are not showing they ever leveled up, but it took the $150k of my elixer & processed for 8 hours.
What happened?

You didn't log out and then back in, showing the upgraded loons, is what happened.
