I set our 15 today and filled the cc's. Several hours later a player said he wanted in with his 2 max 12s, so I put those in and took out our two lowest. The replacement accounts had full cc's already? I don't ever recall that happening before. Am I going crazy?

I'd start it at 5500 and let farmers play 5000-5500, but overall it is a great improvement.
Were they removed at some point in a prior cwl after having had their cc filled?.. It seems that way.
If a player is substituted with full cc, then the troops remain if used in a later war..
It would appear they remain longer than the current season.. Interesting stuff 2222..
