trophies needed for farm in th8

Hi.

I´m th8 lvl 55 and have 3 constructor.

1600 trophies but i receive much attack of lvl 80+ and lost 250k gold / 300k elixir =x

which best league to farm?.

Probs silver 1 or gold 3 im farming in gold 3 you lose defenses but loot is great

level 55 is good at 1200 to 1400 trophy range
