I had a iTunes giftcard with 25 dollars. I was about to buy the gems, but in the transfer or something, I didn't want the gams yet in case if I found an app i wanted.... I pressed the home button in the middle of the transfer and cleared it from mulitask... After a while, I found out that 20 dollars was missing, and i haven't recieved the gems too! Please help☺️
Looks like the order went through, but but you cut off the incoming gems. Give it an hour or so and see if the gems come through. If they don't then you can contact support in game and explain your issue.
