Two point I'd like to make. I didnt read everyone's reply so sorry if they have been mentioned.

1) the idea that they dont get a break isnt completely correct. It's proven that builds that should last 5 days can take anything up to 5 days and 4 hours. So I'm sure they are sneaking in a few breaks even if they are not supposed to have any.

2) They're huts may be small but 2x2 squares but the CC is only 3x3 and its known to have up to 30 ppl in there. Sometimes even dragons are stuffed in there.

Taking these points into consideration I'm sure you'll agree that their conditions could be worse.

Actually troops wait in an army camp with a fire roasting different kinds of food depending on the level

Armies are basically waiting for up to a week with no sleep, and when the time does come, they just get sent to their deaths. They never sleep, and do you see a bite in that pig? No. GIVE THEM RIGHTS!!!!

I agree with the OP. I really think this is a serious problem that need to be addressed. Nice job raising awareness of this OP.

They do sleep when the chief is offline. Have you ever seen troops in camps while searching for a match?

If you visit a village, the troops are always awake. Once I was looking at my brother's village when he was raiding, and the troops were just standing there. Not sleeping. Troops and heroes at least deserve a house that they can fit in. And the troops are probably in the town hall with everybody else when ur getting raided.

Builders deserve rights to take a break. So do heroes and troops. How would you feel if you had to build all day without rest or stay awake on guard and fight practically 24/7 without a house? How would you like sleeping outside on the floor?

The issue of Builders Rights is no joking matter. Please only comment suggestions on this thread. I speak on behalf on the builders, and I am looking for improvements in their life.

I agree, but troops and heroes should also be considered. Troops stay awake in an army camp, then up to 30 of them get crammed in a small 3x3 stone castle to be sent away to their deaths, or just get plainly sent to their deaths to get electrocuted or have a chunk of stone kill you or blow up. Heroes get endless scars, wounds, and bruises and get only an hour's rest sleeping outside on a stone platform, which can hardly be called rest. I think heroes deserve a separate home, since they are so big, maybe in the forest or on the shoreline so they can have some chill time. Troops should have a nice castle that is the size of a town hall to stay safe in and not be crammed. Finally, builders should have at least huts the size of a barracks or laboratory so they have room to walk around, not just be crammed in a 2x2 space. Also, Builders, Heroes, and Troops should have the right to leave the village if they feel they are not being treated fairly. Troops should be able to destroy a precious barracks so you can't send as many to their deaths. It is not fair for troops to be sent to their deaths, builders work all day, and heroes get beat up over and over again. They deserve sleep, food, and happiness. Builders need good houses, and heroes deserve a house away from the village as I mentioned earlier. Troops should have tents in their camps or a good place for them to sleep. They deserve better. And as for I, I speak on the behalf of the builders, Heroes, and troops. They are treated unfairly, and it has to stop!
