What would you prefer upgrading at Th 9?

Please don't forget to reply saying to what level you would prefer upgrading! And another great thing would be "why?" you would upgrade it?

Archer Queen, L6 Giants, xbows, and the 4th wizard tower are the meat of TH9. These are the most beneficial and useful upgrades imho. The second dark elixir drill and enabling level 6 for them is also a significant gain.
