    Please explain this.

Why didn't warden follow the rest of the troops after they were deployed?
Is it because they were not in his range when the were deployed?
As far as I know,Grand Warden being a support troop should follow the other troops after being deployed. But here it just go on his own.

He was off in the weeds.

The other troops were outside his sight range I guess.

You can clearly see they are not within his aura. Either deploy your troops farther over so they are in the aura or funnel your warden so he doesnt walk outside.

Im curious as to what you were trying to accomplish with the warden walk. It appears you wanted him to take out the multi, but instead start your army long before he can accomplish that objective.

triple take, your coco loon was an anti funnel

Warden too far away with the main troops. You cant get the warden if your troops wasnt in his aura range.

Yes the GW can be bizarre at times but please watch the video first before commenting because this is not one of those times. It is the same as if you were to drop a grand warden on the complete opposite side of your main army. The GW will not go over, and you honestly don't want him to cross through a whole base just to go support your army because it probably won't survive to make it there.

Maybe your deployment is a bit off? You should deploy your GW opposite of where you deploy other troops, I am sure GW will fly/walk across the base to follow those troops.

On a more serious note, yes because those troops were too far and not within his range of sight/aura.

Judo actually did a great video about this yesterday. You need to put at least one troop inside his aura to make him switch from 'walker' to 'healer'. You can see it very well in his video with the bowler:
