    Automated leader demotion doesn’t work

Automated leader demotion (after 60 days inactivity) doesn’t work anymore, why?

It doesn't actually happen until after 90 days:

How does the automated Leader demotion work?

When a Clan Leader hasn't logged into Clash of Clans for 60 days, the process of selecting a new Leader begins. Inactive Clan Leaders are sent messages and notifications encouraging them to login and manage their Clan again. The Clan Leader has 30 days to come back to the game before his status is given away. After a total of 90 days of inactivity, the Leader role is given to a Co-leader or Elder of the Clan.

Members as well as the Leader are notified of the process through Clan Mail in their Inbox:

    30 days to rotation:

    • Clan Mail is sent, stating that due to the Leader's inactivity, Leader will be given to another member

    14 days to rotation:

    • Push notification to Leader

    7 days to rotation:

    • A second push notification to Leader
    • Clan Mail is sent, stating that another member will be made Leader

To receive the push notifications the Leader has to have Clash of Clans currently installed, and notifications for Clash of Clans enabled.

Who will be promoted to Leader?

The new Leader will be the member who, at the time of appointing the new Leader, is the highest ranking and longest serving active member in the Clan. The messages about the change of leadership keep everyone up to date on who is going to get Leader status.

Only Co-leaders and Elders can be appointed as new Leaders. Leader status will never be given to a Member, regardless of how long they have been in the Clan, their activity, or what ranks they might have held in the Clan in the past.

A Clan Leader can willingly give Leader status to any member he chooses by promoting them. Clan Leaders are unable to leave their Clans until they have appointed the next Leader.

How is war map placement of max halls determined you ask, check out threads like this one. Thank you SC for the new legends! I'd start it at 5500 and let farmers play 5000-5500, but overall it is a great improvement.
