Turn off Valley Chicken Appearance after goal reached

Our valley reached the 100 goal long ago but it seems that there are more than ever appearances of chickens.
Can the appearances please be turn off when the goal is reached? They just become a visual distraction.
I do not see any reason we need to be collecting any more.

You can be sure there are players out there still possessed on chasing down chickens after the goal has been reached. A waste of fuel.

I have to remind everyone in my hood when the goal is reached and no more is needed.
