Just be patient then,if you are not doing anything wrong then just be patient.eventually someone is gonna join who will stay and then more after him/her.For me i think the free elder thing actually works against you, if you want serious players then i wouldnt offer free elder.Other than that maybe get as high in trophies as you can and dont just spam chat with "join me" try actually chatting with people first
