I am maxed TH11 even walls maxed. I upgraded to Th12 today.
So all I want to know is that .
1) Should I rush to Th13. .. or
2) Should I stay at Th12 and upgrade it ?

ahem, unless you stop playing for the next month / 6 weeks: play your th12 :.
Of course, at some point you’ll reach maxed th12 (if that’s your play style), then you’ll go to 13...


the thing ain’t out yet, and peeps want to rush to it ...

At this point we are not even entirely sure if you can rush like you mentioned -there are speculations that Giga tesla in th12 has to be maxed or there may be some other requirements.
But I do think that you should stay at th12 till you have done all the essential things (lab, cc, camps, eventual barracks and dark barracks upgrade if they come) before going up.

Depends what kind of new content we get with TH13. If we get some really game changing content then it might be better to go straight to TH13. But if you're a serious war player then you'll not want to rush

This. If you enjoy regular wars you’ll want to stay at th 12 until you can at least feel comfortable attacking max th 12s.

If you’re only interested in CWL wars then rushing th 13 offense might be more beneficial.

imo work on heroes a bit first, but i dont see lv50 heroes being bad, mainly get that warden up, lv40 warden is vastly better than lv 20 cause an extra 2 seconds of invincibility, and alot more boosted hp on other troops, lv50 aq and bk should work just fine

It is very difficult to be sure.

It was worth rushing to TH12 just to get the siege engines, but we don't know yet whether there will be anything at TH13 that will really make it worth rushing.

My suggestion , never rush or you will regret it for sure , even if TH 20 is coming out , try to max out TH 12 first .

Loads of people rush and don't regret it.

My suggestion to you is play TH 12 , enjoy it
for you new content is TH 12 , I guess you have 30+ days in hand
Concentrate on maxing heroes , troops and spell that you use for farming and War
I Personally like to rush and recover it , I enjoy upgrading base from low to high level

Here is the plan
Dont dump your elixir or gold in walls as a new TH 12, concentrate on upgrading defenses
in following order
order is first to last
Giga Tesla(to lvl 5)>EA>Inferno > wiz tower > xbow > air sweeper > archer tower > tesla > air defense >
bomb tower > cannon > mortar
and Lab
<Like mentioned earlier , upgrade troops which you use frequently in war and farming>
purchase hammer of heroes /building / spell with cwl medals
Also select books from Clan games rewards
My preferred order for hammer and books is Book or hammer of Heros>Building>fighting>spell

No matter what we suggest, you will be deciding the way you clash , so take your decision wisely
and don't regret it
