    Exclamation Urgent: Phising/Hacking Account Problem

    There is an urgent matter that needs to be resolved and IS NOT related to account sharing or allowing anybody else to access an account

    Countless Clash players are having their accounts 'phised' by a group and very little is being done about it.

    The current method includes answering questions via Support, including device type, bills etc to gain control of the account.

    This needs to be addressed as soon as possible as several accounts have been obtained and destroyed.

    It is, indeed, a serious matter.. Have you notified in game support with your details/proof?

    So far as the survey/support contact goes.. People should treat such advances in the same way as they do with anything regarding banking etc..
    If it doesnt seem right, dont answer, and report.. eg Why would they approach people about information they already have, or dont need?.. Basic security measures and awareness that everyone should automatically use..

    This isn't new and Support does something about it by banning the players who try to get other accounts when they cannot answer the questions that show they are the actual owners of the accounts.

I'd start it at 5500 and let farmers play 5000-5500, but overall it is a great improvement.

    What is new is groups of phisers working together and boasting about successfully obtaining accounts. It is now highly organized and people aren't being banned for doing, they are being given second options at answering device questions & creating another account to try again.

    It needs to be urgently brought up at a senior level as even accounts with support notes are being hacked again weeks after being reinstated!

    There isn't a need to share any information as the successful 'phisers' are guessing the information and continously answering questions from multiple accounts until they are successful.

    This matter needs to be URGENTY looked at the senior management team as several accounts have been phised, Supercell acknowledging that they have been phised (permenant bans revoked on those accounts) and then for them to be phised again weeks after for standing up to these devious & fradulent (mostly teenagers) that are successfully phising accoutns & then boasting about it publucly on Instagram- really poor.

    Have you any real proof that the accounts were unbanned? All we know is that bans are final and not negotiable.

    Have you reported them on the social media?
