Lost ALL of my “Other” Friends iOS 13.1.3

As of October 30,2019 I have NO friends in my Hay Day. It’s the Game Center friends that are missing. Am I the only one to report this ?

Can't say for sure, but this sounds like a GC issue.. Have you tried to update to iOS13.2?
