I agree. I like that our native trees get snow automatically and think that's a good start but I would like more snow as well. Those are great ideas.

It does not rain in Hayday so it should not snow either. I personally would not want to be looking at a cold winter scene when it is freezing cold winter in real life.
I have mixed feelings about this one. I live in an area that gets tons of snow in the winter, when the power often goes out and it's really freezing. One particular Winter on the farm I remember thinking, "Oh no, it's freezing here too!". On the other hand, I live where I do because I love the snow (as well as every season) and love seeing the visual effects on the farm.

Sorry - I wasnt clear perhaps. But all the things I suggested would be decorations- nothing compulsory !!
Everyone can decorate their own farm how they like . I just want the option to be able to make mine look more wintery , & there just arent enough winter decorations available. I cut my trees before I realised they changed for different seasons . At the moment my farm is covered with red , yellow & orange trees for autumn . Just like to be able to do the same in winter .
Winter is my favourite time of year - especially snow ! So want my farm to reflect me . And Ive been playing for several years , but not many winter decorations are offered . I put out the ones I already have , but they look strange against so much green .
Using the path and road programming so we can create: blank snow, snow with footprints, animal tracks, ski marks, ice, etc into which the frozen lakes and ponds will fit would be great, Frozen version of the ditch. I dont expect the fruit trees to acquire snow but I would gladly buy snow/covered versions of some of them. Also snow-covered versions of the pine trees. Zelda could offer some snow-covered roofs and porches. I suspect adding an optional snow overlay to existing structures, like the barn, might be too much to ask, but wherever replacements can be created, it sounds like great fun to me.
