Joining valley, please wait —- STILL can’t get in

I’ve been trying for a few days to join the valley and I am unable to. Have tried both my iPhone and iPad, tried offloading and reinstalling app, internet connection is rock solid. Nothing will work. Is this still a known issue? Everything I see is they supposedly fixed this 4 or 5 days ago.

Have you contacted support (through Settings)? They were very communicative, and I was able to enter the Valley the next day after!

Yes a few different times and they kept giving me the same run around things to try.

Do you have an iOS update that has been downloaded but not installed? This will often keep some apps from working properly.

Everything fully updated. The game works perfectly fine except for the valley

Have you tried connecting through a hot spot or taking it way from your usual network?

Yup. Tried it at home WiFi , at work WiFi , and through my cellular network

We're still looking into this issue.. It seems that something is acting up if a player reaches level 25 and is eligible to join the Valley. Then something goes bonkers. We'll keep researching!

Couple of questions - 1. Are you in a NH where others are playing the Valley? 2. Did you just level up to 25? 3. Could you give me your player ID via a PM?

Yes others in my neighborhood at the time were playing the valley I assume. Most of them were above lvl 25. I’ve since left that neighborhood and joined a new one which has a lot of players above lvl 25 as well. I believe I reached lvl 25 sometime on saturday October 26th. I will pm my id.
