I really wish y'all could make it to where you could donate more than troops.. Every month I buy up the gold pass and at the end of the month.. All builders are working with all collectors locked up.. Can you make it to where we can donate gold and Elixirs, not to just other people but to a clan bank.. But definitely donate to other people..

As has been pointed out, this idea is ruled out.
