    How do i find out if my device is one that isnt supported? Whats this x86?

    Easiest is google your device. X86 is a chip that is more PC oriented rather than the arm processors more common in mobile devices. They have some compatibility issues between the two.

    What about newer tablets? Like the samsung tab A 10.1 or 10.5? Will these play the game?
    Cause im now looking for a new tablet. Always android

    Yes, the trusty lil 7" asus i had bought just for my clash is not gonna work anymore, bummed at that bigtime. Can close this yhread down now or keep up as reference on the android devices thats not gonna work anymore

    Those will work fine. Arm processors. Not sure where you are or price range but the tab 5se I bought A month or so ago is great.

    Well, I have no idea why OP is sorry about having to drop his old device and replace it by a new!
    Android 4.2.2 is almost 7 years old! And a new smart phone that can play clash of clans doesn't have to be expensive.
    Eg. A Motorola Moto G7 Play is very cheap and runs 9.0 and is more than enough powerful to play it. Personally I use a 3 year old Huawei P9 lite and it works fine.
    If a phone cannot run your applications it is defective and can be replaced. Soon all the other applications will not work as well (when updated) and you will have to replace it anyway.
