They are late and you will have to wait. It is not the first time that this happened.
Have you tried refreshing your App Store? That’s what I had to do on iOS.
Yep - resurrected an old thread on this issue ... SUPERCELL needs to give up on the Amazon AppStore and just instruct Fire users to sideload Google Play if this is going to be the experience with every mandatory update ...

Yep - updated in the past 30m ... 3ish hour delay definitely beats a 12+ hour delay like the prior mandatory update ... hoping the time lag continues to narrow ... would not want to be near end of war when this happens
