If anyone but a th7 zaps me, which Im fine with, I go to their clan and ask me what army they would like to be destroyed by. And then I decide whether to use that army, and then steamroll their base. Just makes me feel good inside

You do realise it is just a game don't you. For me joining a clan to taunt a player ahead of attacking them is cheaper than zapping!

The problem with this flawed argument is that you assume everyone who got their DE thorred are lingering at silver league, and all the thors are TH7 or TH8.

I'm a TH9 at Crystal II, i get thorred by TH9s up here. Please tell me what you think.

Yes this is what really gets my goat, when I get zapped by the same or a higher level players and then I check their base and see they have highish level heroes and can't help but think this is how they have played it for months. Boring and other words I can't type here come to mind.

OP you could have a point about punishment for higher level players in low leagues, but it seems to be happening in Crystal more and more.

No I actually quite liked that idea (although I'm not sure I'll be doing it myself), the vision of a teenage zapper punk pondering over how and when they will be flattened is pretty funny for me to think about, it really is ))

Sorry if thats being ageist, I just always imagine zappers are all teenagers.

I don't even have DE storages and my base gets lightened, just the other day I got overkilled to the max when my main mortar was being upgraded. You'd think the person was going up against a much higher level! I found it quite funny personally... they attacked with 17 giants or something.

In the end we all have our play styles. It happens.

so if we are punishing high level players down in silver land then here is what you should do:

1. Lure the clan castle troops out and kill them
2. Lure the barb king out and kill him
3. Lure the archer queen out and kill her
4. Lightning the dark elixer storage
5. Surrender with out giving a shield

Advanced/optional tactic: try to move the cc troops over the de storage before lightening it/them at the same time

Don't kill Barb king and AQ because they regen really quickly. You should also raid their DE collectors and exposed gold.

As you effectively admit, you don't know it is a teenage punk? Nobody really has any idea who a person is behind the IGN or how such an approach would be perceived. There have been a number of cases reported on these forums of other players joining clans and abusing someone who has attacked them. Now I'm not suggesting that the person suggesting this would be abusive, but you don't know how this would be perceived by the zapper. They could be young and insecure, also such an approach can fray tempers which can escalate a situation.

This is a game and whether you agree with zapping DE or not there is no reason to make it personal by joining their clan and getting in their face. Just revenge them if you're that bothered and have done with it.
