It's called people create as many extra accounts as necessary to give them a steady income from resource donations. This would just create larger issues with multiple accounts and generate more inactive members in clans due to spam accounts. I say no, regardless of how intermittent the donations could be.

Just looking at some of the ruled out ideas...these are some that should be re-looked at:
*Add clan rank to Clan Info Screen – Quicker to reference than scrolling to end of top 200 list
- Makes life a lot easier if your clan is pushing for trophies...don't have to scroll the laggy top 200 score board every few hours.
*Add comma or space at thousands space in ALL places: Upgrade buttons, spell/troop buttons, shop, etc.
- Just nice to see immediately how much is looted rather than squinting my eyes and count the number of digits.
*Add a setting to disable village animations to improve performance on older devices
- Not just older devices...the game sometimes lag for newer ones too
*Modify clan castle – toggle defend/not defend (like heroes)
- How is this exploitable???
*Increase clan size: 75 or 100 are most common requests
- Aren't there millions of players? 50 per clan seems a bit small don't you think? Why do you think people make feeder clans and sometimes even a feeder #2 clan? There's not enough room in one clan.
And isn't this one ruled out?
*Trap/Explosives hut to upgrade/build bigger ones
Okay donating resources in this way would be cool an I would love it but I have a few problems with it...
-200k at lower TH levels goes a loooong way. So maybe you can only recieve 5k at TH1 10k at TH2 and so on
- ITS JUST UNECCESSARY... I find plenty of 250k+ raids these days, so there is no real need to get donated resources. Supercell just remade the loot system so loot would increase and we wouldn't need things like resource donations.
Overall, cool idea but not realistic or necessary.

The bottom line is: Supercell is a company. As a company, their main goal is to make a profit. If there is even the smallest chance that they would lose income from an idea being implemented, it is unlikely to happen.

Bigger companies than supercell have implemented this and make way more profit and have a bigger fan base. I stumbled across supercell by mistake while lookin for games in google. No one buys resources with gems anyway, way too expensive for that. As for the loot, I'm happy with the loot system, though I'd like to see raids become more threatning as you rank up. As it stands, if I'm full on elixer or gold, and I get raided, I lose maybe 300k....who cares? I can get that back in 2 or 3 farms. Lol basically what this comes down too is, I want a higher amount of teamwork involved in clans, and a harder game during defense. I'm working on detailing some ideas right now and ill post soon....and yes...I'm reading tje stickies lol.
The hobbit, arcane empires, kingdoms of camelot, galaxy online 2. The list is larger, figured I'd stop there. Companies are kabam and IGG. They also make more than 3 games lol. Hell man, even mmorpg's let you mail each other gold and items for free, and their whole existence is based around you buying gems amd special weapons with real money.
