Raid limitations

I think that there should be a limitation on how you can raid. There are sooo many members sitting down in the lower shield classes that should be in either crystal or champions league. All they are doing is sitting there and robbing the lower members that have absolutly no chance of defending against them. This makes it incredibly frustrating and difficult for these lower members to upgrade. Which actually costs the game players. I think that there should be a limitation on who you can raid. For example if your TH is 2 levels higher than the opponent you cannot attack them. Just a thought am interested in others thoughts.

To add with chupa, WE could just sit and farm with minimal troops at the "cutoff boarder" and what if we upgraded our halls before we go to crystal?

Nope. This would give lower ths too much of an advantage. They'd be invulnerable to attack as they gained trophies.

MAX YOUR TOWN HALL! Most people who complain are premature TH people. Also, people 2 town halls lower have a 50% loot reduction, which yield very little loot to most TH9+ farmers and makes them unattractive anyways. And what about the TH7-8 that lightning storage, that's unfair to higher town hall players as well.

what would happen if you could only attack people with the same TH level?
other than high TH rage quitting...

you won't be on your own when you upgrade as it is a global game that several players would be upgrading at the same time.
they only people who would have trouble would be the premature upgrades but no one does that after TH 7 and if they did they deserve it.

I don't know what town hall level you are, but if this happens, then everyone would need to pay real money to progress
