When Should I Upgrade My Town Hall!

hello fellow clashers!
Destroyagator Here. As i am approaching the end of town hall level 8, it has came to my attention when exactly i should advance to town hall 9. i am currently level 84, all defences are maxed, and i have 24, level7 walls still to do.
would it be better if i were to complete level 7 walls and go straight to town hall 9, or do level 8 walls?

Finish Lvl7 walls.

Loot is not bad at TH9 but there is other upgrades you should worry about TH9, so you will be having hard time upgrading walls unless you're very active when it comes to lvl 8 walls.

I agree. I'm also TH8, if my defences were maxed I'd start the upgrade to 9 asap. Also, in the ten day wait you can easily finish level 7 walls and get started on level 8... Can't wait to stop getting steamrolled by TH9 & 10s..

You should upgrade your walls to lvl 8 first because it will help you a lot I'm the long run.

If you are an active farmer, you should be able to finish those walls during the time it takes for your TH upgrade to finish. And then come the skulls which I have still yet to master!

I'm in the same predicament, im nearing the end to TH8, when do i go to TH9? Im trying to get all my skulls done before my TH9 will be done cooking; I could finish them off while my TH is upgrading but i want to have max resources to buy all the cool new TH9 stuff when the TH hits. Suggestions? Check out my base.

My strategy in these cases has always been to max everything out. All laboratory trops improved? Do you have all your barracks maxed too? If all BUT the lvl 7 walls left is max leveled, then I reccomend upgrading asap. You'll have time for walls later, unless all your builders are taken.
