Hi, I recently joined a new clan and tried to put myself and my other accounts on the list. But it’s not appearing on the list. I checked that they are showing green badge and I don’t understand why can’t I join a cwl? Is there a cooldown timer or something? Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

I could be wrong, but I think that a) signup for CWL is over for this round b) there is no such thing as "putting yourself on the list".
The leader (or a co) of the clan will select the people he wants into a CWL round and start the CWL search. A member has no control over this process. If you are not on the list, it's because leadership didn't put you on the list.
CWL signup is a period of about 48 hours.. any clan that STARTS the CWL search in that time, will be matched up with 7 other clans for the CWL round.

Certainly is - You Just have to wait for the CWL Sign Up Period to End & find a Clan that hasn’t signed up to CWL

yes you can do normal war in a clan that is not in cwl.
You will have to check with/ask the one who has started the CWL search why you weren't included.... they are the only ones with the answer. As soon as the search has started, nothing but cancelling the search will change who is in the roster
I found out that two co’s who decided to removed me but not my mini one because apparently there are too many for 15 vs 15 war instead of 30 vs 30. Stupid co that I left this clan just now. I don’t know what to do. 😣
