    He has been responding to us but not on this issue and the reason for that may be because he doesn't have the answers. He doesn't make the game or codes it so he can't answer questions related to that at least until the team responsible for it comes up with a solution. Moreover the World Championships is in 3 days so they are surely busy with that as well.

    it is very simple.. there are differents sorts of players.. there are free to play and pay to play.. Any pay to play player is by default classed as a customer/consumer of supercells products.

    as a community manager (clue in the job title) dialogues should be meaningful.. but we find ourselves in a situation of being ignored because we dont all say how wonderful the update..

    A Community Manager's job is to make digital strategies as well as to look over the community but they can't just respond as of now because they know if they do they will just get more questions to which they have no answers so it's better if we just wait for them to fix it in the next update.

    I think you would find that would be the Digital Strategy Manager.. suggest you google Community Manager..

    Hopefully theres be an update fix after the championship thing which Im sure majority aren't interested

    Found this very interesting on Wikipedia and how the government manages gaming companies

    Content control and censorship


    As with almost all mass media in the country, video games in China are subject to the national policies of censorship. Content in video games is overseen by SART/NRTA; publishers are required to obtain a license for the game in China from SART before publishing, which may be denied if the game contains elements deemed inappropriate. The process to submit games for a license and put them on sale following that is overseen by MOC. The State General Administration of Press and Publication and anti-porn and illegal publication offices have also played a role in screening games.



    AND HERE IS THE GAME CHANGER

    In addition to content control, the Chinese government has pushed technology companies, including video game distributors like Tencent, into allowing the government to have partial ownership of the companies that can be used to affect the content produced; in exchange, such companies may gain a competitive edge over others in interactions dealing with the government.
