Gems not showing up after purchase?

So yesterday I bought 100$ of gems and they did not show up. And when i awoken this morning i was billed 5 times for 100$ of gems and no gems...

You have to report it in game,No one here can fix it for you.

Try power cycling your iDevice ( turning it off and then back on.) it won't fix the multiple charges but hopefully you'll get the gems
As for the multiple charges, PP is right, you'll have to contact supercell and/or iTunes.

I dont know how you managed to get billed 5 times?Last time i bought gems i didnt get them either and when i clicked to download them again it said i had already paid for gems and wouldn't let me click it.There are security features built in for this type of thing happening so im really at a loss to explain how this is possible at all

To be honest your best bet is to dispute the transaction when you receive your bill - it's obvious that in thinking you were not receiving them you inadvertently bought them multiple times.

By the way gems (and diamonds on the HD side) can take up to 24 house to come through - SC servers to Apple serves etc.
