A person cannot take away 2598 DE with 3 lvl 5 lightning. LIAR LOL

If he didn't upgrade his storage, they might be able to. The higher the level of storage, the more resistance to those lightning attacks due to the increased HP. Also, if he had his de drills near it, could easily get upwards of 2500 or more stolen from lightning with the combined effect against the storage and drills.

Possible if he had full drills next to the de.

It's the storage. Only lvl4 no drills near and even so lvl 3 & 2 drills.

Upgrade the storage to avoid losing so much from zappers.

So this shrimp decided to use 3 level 5 lighning spells my DE taking a total of 2598 and I want to take revenge and demolish his/her entire base (after taking a sneeky peek, I think I can with ease).

However, he/she has been online so often I go on. I was attacked in the early hours of the morning sun around 9am GMT. Since than on, until now 4pm GMT, I have been on every other half hour raiding other bases and training my troops. Before clicking the famous 'Find a battle' next next next, I always checked to see if I can take avenge.... but to my dismay, this has still not been possible

Was it me? I remember zapping somes DE storage for 2000+ DE in the past few days.

I love it when someone zaps me and their base is so pitiful that I can take it out just using goblins and a few heal spells/healers. It' funny because it costs me less to revenge their sorry ---- than it probably took them to train the lightning spells. I can imagine them going 'WHAT THE ----?! I GOT DESTROYED BY GOBS!!!' And all of my angry zapping hatred seeps away.
