1. Has the players' activity level in the Valley satisfied your three design pillars for the Valley which are cooperative, non-competitive, and stress-free gameplay?

2. Hay Day has been around since 2012. What are the long-term challenges facing the developers to sustain the game?

3. Who decides on where and how to collect players' feedback about Hay Day? The game team or its Community Manager?

4. Will you implement Supercell Automated Support for all players using in game support to ask questions about Hay Day?

5. At the end of 2018, Supercell posted a job announcement seeking to hire an Anti-Fraud Data Scientist.

Has he or she worked with Team Hay Day to detect and mitigate bad behavior from some players who didn't comply with the Supercell TOS?

6. In 2015, Clash of Clans developer Jonas gave a presentation at a conference of developers and shared the following fascinating insights: Monetization is a factor in game design; Monetization is not the purpose of game design. For example, in the history of Clash of Clans, anytime monetization has come up against quality of game, quality of social experience, or the game balance, monetization has always come last.

Does Team Hay Day share the above philosophy? If not, how does Team Hay Day rank (in order of importance) the quality of game, quality of social experience, game balance, and monetization?

7. Around the time of the global release of Supercell's fifth live game Brawlstars, its Community Manager Ryan gave an interview in which he revealed that when they post an update and nobody cared, that's the day he'll be "scared".

If Team Hay Day releases a new update and no one posts feedback in the forums, how would Team Hay Day feel?

8. In the above article, Brawlstars Game Lead Frank revealed that "when you go through other organizations, you end up with three or four layers of approvals to do anything. But here, we see a cool idea on Reddit, and we implement it. There's no approval chain - we just do it. That is empowering, but at the same time it comes with a great responsibility. Because sometimes, sometimes, the community ideas are not the best. So we try to balance this."

9. The in game movie tickets advertise other mobile games including clones of Hay Day. Is Team Hay Day worried that some players will download the games developed by your competitors and play Hay Day less often?

10. When we players don't reach the global goal for a global event, how will Team Hay Day respond? Do nothing because it's an aberration or adjust the global goal?

1. Will there be any updates regarding gameplay (for example an airport, other leaderboards like truck, fish, town)?

2. Will there be any new additions to the game for higher level players? Now it looks like the game stops at level 100.

3. Will there be a more variety of events?

4. Will there be any changes in customer support (more players friendly support, like live chat?) (no more closed conversations and generic answers)?

5. Will there be better rewards added to the valley and derby (like special deco for top3 in derby which we had in the past)?

6. Will there be any updates added to the town? Since introduction of the town no new buildings or features were added.

7. Will there be more focus on fairplay (for events, "L" free shops, etc)?

8. Will there be a possibility to add a profile picture to Supercell ID in future?

Can we have less fear of voicing our comments on the forums with out having someone slapping the person down cause they think otherwise while not following the tos themselves.
Can we see more diamond/ deco deals .
And can we have more of a person to person contact with support.

1.) Why is the valley board so large, especially considering the lack of fuel?

2.) When will there be a focus on giving players who are high level something to do?

3.) Are there any plans to modify the Daily Dirt? It is still terribly riddled with bots.

4.) Are there any plans to introduce seasonal themes to Maggie?

If you experience any comments slapping someone down either via post, VM or PM, report the post, VM or PM so it can be looked into.

while there was no feedback from this, I would like to know the following.

are some issues considered unfixable?

are some issues not worked on because they affect so few farmers?

are some issues still being worked on?

i can understand while Rose immediately makes about 50 pig feed when I hire her, I also understand that it is a minor annoyance and does not affect anyone I know


on the either hand, things like tasks resetting, auto opt out not working for leader, and lazy bee syndrome, etc... these are issues people really care about.

1.5 years later and we are no wiser on these issues

Could you please explain what you mean when you talk about “balance” in the game—and why it’s so important that it sometimes seems to take priority over player satisfaction? For example, when you added the latest permit-locked land, you removed permits from the original mystery boxes, making it take much longer to unlock the land. When a lot of players protested here in the Forum and asked that you put permits back in the original mystery boxes, you said you couldn’t do that because it would disrupt the balance of the game. What does that mean, and what kind of problem would there be if you put the permits back in the mystery boxes?
