How can ethics be considered when playing a game that revolves around stealing from other players?

I leave my TH out in the open.
Most important ethic for me is, to never put traps or teslas beside the TH. So a sniper can easily take it out. It's nice of him to do so, so why be an a** and make it difficult for him.
Do I revenge TH snipers ? sometimes, when I'm really bored, but it is very rarely the case that I do so. They usually have little loot and are from a lower TH level than me, so it would not be worth it anyhow.

I rarely revenge snipers unless I'm in desperate need of trophies and they are a TH6/7 or preemie who sniped to Crystal. However if they drop a lightning on my DE or even attempt an attack, take my collectors or the elixir storages out there.. then there is nothing to prevent me from flattening your base with barch, BAM or whatever it takes as long as its profitable for me.

We are all free to play the game the way we like, I revenge those with big loot, most Th snips I get come from Th7 players, not worth raiding them if they are active.
The only players I'm sure fire going to revenge 100% of the time are zappers.
I hate to be a kicker,I always long for peace,But the wheel that does the squeaking,Is the one that gets the grease.
I rarely revenge at all since they mostly have very little gold.
