Q: about inactive players and shields

Good day everyone! My first time using supercell forums. I just have a question about something that's bothering me. What happens after your shield expires when you get raided/wiped out and hasn't logged on for a long time or just after the expiration of the shield. Thanks. (just curious if the base would get automatically repaired or still can't be raided or vice versa.)

    Shields and inactive players

When your shield runs out but you aren't online to check your village you can still be attacked. Your village automatically repairs itself when your shield runs out. Otherwise you could just not go online and never be raided. Though if you haven't been online for a long time (maybe 2 weeks?)I think you get a permanent shield because my brothers account (which hadnt been checked for about a month) Hadnt been raided for 15 days. I hope that answers your question. I am also new to the forums.

thanks for the info. I also had a friend who stopped playing CoC and his base is always a wreck. He also gained a league even if he's inactive. so that somewhat confirmed my suspicion.

There's no permanent shield that I've ever seen. The account that hasn't been attacked in 15 days probably just has low level mines/collectors and isn't worth the trophies.

The bases that have been abandoned will be put at the bottom of the search list

Not true and there is nothing to confirm this. I find abandoned bases all the time.
