It's all a matter of perspective

to someone who just started this game, someone at level 50 would be considered high level to them. Yet someone who is actually at level 50 would feel more like an intermediate level player while looking at someone level 75 and thinking that they are very high level. Meanwhile, that same level 75 player would view the level 50 player as, at best, an average player and at worse a complete noob. They would view people level 90 or higher as being high level. The cycle continues with those level 90 players viewing level 100 players as high level, and so on.

Of course, by the time you reach level 100 you can't possibly deny that you are high level so I guess that is where the line for high level players is at.

Some level 50 told me to stay in his new clan because I was a high level player.

I'm only level 74. I think High level is 100 or greater.

I think the top 10% of players (levels wise) would be considered high level. If I had to guess where that threshold is, I would say 75-85.
