I believe that anywhere in gold league is good. I find my share in gold 2 that satisfies me there. You have to spend maybe 5-6k max to find someone with 175+ gold and elixir and 500+ dark elixir available. I seem to sit well there in gold 2, I haven't been to gold 3 in a while. And remember, this is what I find, it is just a suggestion.

I voted for the 1350-1450 range, whatever the results are for that just decrease it by one vote

I'm farming in 1350-1550. With the boosts I can find 300k+ pretty easily. Before the boost, I didn't raid anything under 200k.

I'm not th9 anymore but when I was I was finding (and still am) good loot at 1600-1700
i only recently became th10
