I could see that, if I configure multiple google accounts on my mobile phone, I have the possibility to select which one to connect to when clicking the "google+" button in CoC.

Is it safe to use this feature in order to move from one CoC village to the other ? Or is there a risk to somehow mismatch both villages by doing this ?

I know apple users can easily switch villages from the gamcenter, but not sure this is possible on Android as well.
