    Unless there’s a glitch, I don’t think that will be a problem. I’ve waited until after a new derby starts before claiming prizes from the previous one, and they were still there. You can’t start the new derby until you claim the prizes from the previous one, but you shouldn’t lose them. (But I recommend taking screenshots of your prizes in case there’s a glitch that causes them to be lost.)

    I guess this thread can be closed as all seems to be working now.

    I did hear back from support... all they said was that they had addressed a site wide problem and were monitoring the players feedback. (&#128529

    I finally uninstalled and went to McDonald's and reinstalled with their wifi. It took several attempts but finally worked. I don't know if that helped or if it would have fixed itself eventually.
