Hey guys,

I will be leaving my current neighborhood today & am looking for a new home.

• Derby 320/400 only, 9/10 doesn’t matter;
• I actively use Town; Valley less actively
• Ok with no thank you/please after helping or have been helped. (We can pay back with our deeds, not necessarily with words)
• Flat management: I’m the only boss here attitude is just so not me. Keeping communication clear & simple
• Perspective to being promoted to a co-leader (to post notifications if necessary)
• I generally don’t use diamonds other than for the 10th Derby task
• I don’t use Facebook, but open to any other external messaging apps, if necessary

Or - if you are an experienced & motivated solo player - let’s set up a team together.

I’m ‘mature’, well I’m a pensioner so does that count? We have ages from 20s upwards.
We are looking for new members, especially those who are derby focussed, willing to do max points tasks and the 10th.

Not a lot of rules, expect people to advertise boat boxes but we can usually help fill them. Everyone made an elder and a co-leader after 3 weeks (earlier if you are a great player). We can be chatty but it’s not compulsory. All we ask is that you opt out if you can’t commit.

Loss of Derby this week so we concentrate on crops, fast tasks, communicating and finishing fast.

Hi There. Just a little bit about us:

We are a group of HD addicts that love to derby. Our favorite is Blossom Derby because we will climb the leaderboard at lightning speed. It will also allow us to show our exceptional teamwork and communication skills. We strive for Gold and 3-Line Bingo. We currently have 169 Gold Cups and seeking for more.

We are helpful, friendly, and self-sufficient bunch. Many of us have babies to support our main farms and help supply visitors for our towns.

We are well represented across the globe. You can be sure the task board is always updated throughout the day.

We believe in ruling by committee. You will be given “Elder” status immediately upon joining. If you decide to stay and are a right fit with our hood, you will be promoted to “Co-leader”. Your voice and opinions are always going to matter.

We facilitate trades within the hood and on trading sites. Trade a way your excess for stuff you need.

Leader will also help with added bonuses for all derby participants. We want to help you grow and expand.

We have very few simple rules:

• One, we ask that if you opt into derby, then you must complete 10/19 max tasks 320/400. We understand that real life gets hectic now and then so feel free to opt out anytime

• Two, please respect everyone in the hood. Treat others as you would like to be treated.

• Finally, please don’t raid the shops unless the owner has specified “Sale”. This is to allow trades to go thru smoothly.

You will not find another relaxing, drama free, and yet highly competitive hood.

We are a balanced , friendly, semi-competitive neighborhood. We compete to win for a couple of weeks. Afterwards we play in derby to earn just enough points to get the derby awards (minus those awarded to the top 3 neighborhoods). Called “horseshoe weeks” this more laid-back approach allows us a bit of a break since our goal generally requires fewer tasks. In all cases we only complete tasks at 300+ points (elders trash tasks under 300). Weeks when you feel like you cannot complete your quota of tasks we allow and encourage you to opt-out of the derby.

Looking for members who:
⭐️ complete derby tasks at 320+ points or opt-out if too busy (there are no requirements to spend diamonds for an extra task, unless you want to).
⭐️ have a minimum level of 60.
⭐️ keep a fair balance of give and take.

Our NH is fair, friendly and helpful and I encourage suggestions to improve the NH if anyone has ideas. We are currently in the championship derby. Members are made elders instantly when joining and if a good fit in the NH will then be made co-leaders.
