    Gold pass not received

    As I've said in the title I haven't received my gold pass September season. I usually get the gold pass the moment I paid in globe Telecom, I received confirmation thru my Gmail account used and phone number charged by globe Telecom, but gold pass didn't activate. Pls respond to this asap! It delays my upgrades.
