Best: Support telling me I was correct with everything I said about the Time Lag.
Worst: Them not doing a single thing to combat it. Though this was a close call with the Customer Support I have received since.

I'm looking forward to it being 'solved'. (Well, a guy can dream can't he?).
Clashing goals: To finally get SC to do something about it, and to get some answers to pertinent questions.

Best Moment -Discovering and playing COC for the first time(I remember when there was no profiles,replay shating,village edit mode etc...)

Best - sense of accomplishment looking at my fully completed TH7 base with absolutely nothing left to do while TH finished - it felt like playing hooky.
Worst - Watching the very first Clan I joined disintegrate before my eyes because someone prematurely promoted to Elder kicked every non-elder when our leader was offline. Thankfully an update has mitigated this danger though I am still ultra-cautious about promoting ever since.

- The time lag scam, which kills a very large part of the fun in this game for me
- So many hog wipes lol
