[TH 8 Hybrid] Zebec "It's A Trap" Base!

Hey guys, its me again with another th 8 base. I made one before, but it was a farmer. This one is a th 8 hybrid base (resources and th are protected.) Its actually a trap base, has a spawn hole right in the center, many have tried, one have passed and got 70%.



So far in this league season (9 days into it) I have had 38 defensive wins, pretty impressive for a th 8 if I say so myself. Though out the whole defense log 32 wins and 4 loses.

Pros

-Funneling
-Great giant bomb placment for anti hogs
-Trap base that works
-Air Defense completely cover the core
-Wizards are triangular
-Mortars are triangular
-Teslas placed together around the trap for maximum damage
-Clan casstle 90% lurable
-Elixir storages and BK work as tanks in bases one weak spot, but weak spot has never actually been a problem

Cons

-Storages assisble by wb then goblins, but defenses make it had for wb to get to the walls.
-Like any other trap base with the right army will be devastated, didnt really happen besides the one dragon attack.
-Anything else you find :P

x1 level 4 heal spell.

Attacked from center / got 5%

Attack #2:
x1 level 3 Barb King
x63 level 3 minions

Attacked from bottom / got 34%

I like it! It will probably be extremely good for townhall 8's in their later stages, that have over flowing elixir. I will try this base once I am also a th 8 with overflowing elixir haha! good work

cool base! some of those defense raids u won... were just sad... especially the guy that barched u with AQ and spells and only got 4% on u while losing less than 750 combined resources! I really wanna see da replay of dat and I wonder wat happened!

I like the look of this, but I did notice a few things:

It seems like your base is representative of yin and yang, in the sense that it is a very delicate balance and that it is not very compatible with very many changes, partially because the base isn't symmetrical. Correct me if I'm wrong

Also, the triangles formed by the AD, wiz towers, and mortars are rather offset, and it seems like there is unequal splash coverage.

I didn't spot any errors, it just isn't a symmetrical all the way around - type of base makes my OCD go off. And it seems almost as if a variant of one of Chief Pat's farming bases. Pretty good base though, going to attempt to create a farming edition of this later on tonight! Wish me luck.

Yes, I agree. I am OCD in that way also, but it works so I gave it ago ^^. Turned out tto be really good, when it was finished I was tempted to click that "Remove All' button because of that.

Yes, you are right. Because of the trap the it sets of the triangles form by AD, WT, and mortar because the way its made is for major defenses to be in range of the hole. 3 AD are in range, 3 Mortar and 1 WT, the way they are placed are so lightning dont kill a WT and mortar at the same time. So, yes they are ofset by a bit but nothing to great.

Yes, some of the fails I got from the center are halarious. I did not expect it to be a success, just for some lol's ones in a while but it turned out to be one, in my opinion.

Yes, im not sure how good it would do for a preme th 8 or a th 7 new to th 8. If you have mortar, air defense and wt up there it should be fine, Tesla's are optional but definatly help.
